When we didn’t have an exclusive workshop in 2020 and were mostly doing contract manufacturing(for lack of a more apt term), we were helped by many artisans and their teams. We were always inclined to find motivated artisans running their workshops rather than factories despite several challenges from a business side of things, but we remain committed to a more meaningful and inclusive participation for perhaps the most important person in the supply chain – the artisans and craftsmen.
This post is a tribute to all such artisans and craftsman including the ones who worked on our endless sampling process, collections and production, educated us or simply took out the time to speak to us at ChestKraft in our journey.
